Die Zivilgesellschaft steht für freiwillige Kooperation, Teilhabe und Gemeinwohl, aber wie divers sind ihre Organisationen aufgestellt, wie inklusiv ist ihr Schaffen? Während Diversitäts-Management in Unternehmen viel diskutiert, untersucht und laufend weiterentwickelt wird, fehlen entsprechende Studien und Handlungsempfehlungen für die Zivilgesellschaft. Angesichts gesellschaftlicher Wandlungsprozesse geraten jedoch auch zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen (ZGO) unter Druck, die nach außen vertretenen Werte von Gleichberechtigung, Repräsentativität und Teilhabe intern umzusetzen. Doch die Sensibilisierung von Teams für Abwertungs- und Machtmechanismen, der Ausbau von Partizipationsmöglichkeiten oder die Etablierung von Gewalt-Schutzkonzepten, sind keine leichten Unterfangen.

Das Wirkungsmodell von Dreilinden

Dreilinden heißt ein Ort am südwestlichen Rand von Berlin. Dort stand eine Fabrik von Bosch, die Dreilinden Maschinenbau GmbH, in der während des Zweiten Weltkriegs Tausende Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern in Zwangsarbeit Kriegsmaschinerie herstellen mussten. In den Jahren 1944 und 1945 waren auch polnische Zwangsarbeiter*innen aus Konzentrationslagern darunter. Nachdem Ise Bosch dies in den 1990er Jahren herausgefunden hatte, initiierte sie oral history Projekte mit Überlebenden von Zwangsarbeit bei Dreilinden Maschinenbau. Zwei Bücher und eine Reihe von Ausstellungen in Berlin und Warschau haben seither die Stimmen der Überlebenden hörbar gemacht, ihre Geschichten überliefert und dieses Stück deutscher Geschichte veröffentlicht.
